Title: Yuri Visual Novels
Post by: Solitude on April 07, 2017, 02:25:19 PM
I grew up with a traditional education between traditional people. That's why I don't have courage to tell anyone I like yuri visual games. It's not because I don't trust or love them. Either my family and friends are very dear to me in the way they are but, liking it or not, I'm afraid of their reaction - especially my parent's. In real life I prefer boys rather girls but will it be enough? Will they ever look at me at the same way if I confess?

I'm on yuri content just for two years and one year ago I risked to play yuri games. I found Romance Detective, Syrup and the Ultimate Sweet, First Kiss at Spooky Soirée and few more. Most of them are short and easy to play, what make me enjoy the time spend. I wish to talk about them, discover new ones and more importantly find more people who enjoy that too. Not because it's satisfacting some creepy fetiche but because enjoy the story, the characters and the relationships inside the game.

Since it's a visual novel website and I didn't find any topic related I decided to create this one however I understand if it can't stand. I'm not sure if we can speak about yuri but I wanted really hard to try.

well..I'm more into yaoi than yuri actually but I can understand your feeling not having a friend to talk to
While we're not having such fetish and I'm not consider myself as fujoshi either, most people are not welcome this hobby ;p
But I do have some friend who like to read this kind and they just open about liking some couple (like couple in real life mostly Asian celeb) and when you see closely it's not the traditional couple...but man x man...lol..

I read few yuri manga and see some yuri anime, but nothing really come into
There's only one anime that I pretty like and that is Maria-sama ga miteiru
It's very light and people might not know it's yuri either
And...also there's one too...that's Utena Adolescence..it's actually psychologist yuri
The story is heavy and confusing. if you don't like this kind of story, you might not enjoy it.

I don't play yuri games and I think I've only played part of a yaoi game (Love Academy) from Koyonplete. I've never really been that interested in these types of games but I have been wondering recently if I should be adding these games into the game database too, especially yaoi. Since yaoi doesn't technically fit into romance games for girls? But then I know girls still play it. Anyway, my point is, you are more than welcome to talk about your this stuff here.
