I hope I can help you guys with the technical difficulties I have experienced playing with Non-GREE Voltage games in my Android mobile phone (I should have bought an iPhone instead  :cry:). I do not guarantee that the fix is perfect so please do the fixes at your own risk  :ninja2:

Please feel free to comment on my post and you may share your experiences as well  :love:  If the tips/advice below do not work, I usually do what Voltage recommends: uninstall, re-install, re-play the game. And if it still did not work, you may send a detailed technical bug to them:

Email Subject should be the name of the game or app. In your email, do not forget to mention your phone model and your Android OS version as well. Explain your technical bug as detailed as possible. There is no 100% guarantee that there is a solution to the bug you encountered.

Please be aware that if you update your phone to the latest Android version (KitKat 4.4 for now), your Voltage games might be unplayable until they fix the compatibility issue. They usually indicate this in the Description of the app in Google Play. Or you can also wait for their official announcement in FB.

OLD version: BMP, LLFTX, PIL, SITSC

1. The game crashes when I tried viewing the scenes/CGs/images of the selected character.
In this case, you need to wait for the next update from Google Play. If the bug is not fixed on the next update, it is time to follow Voltage's recommendation.

2. My scenes/images/CGs are incomplete even if I have finished the selected character route!
Does your phone crashes often even if your Internet is fast? There is a possibility that you need to buy/use a better Android phone because the phone might have a memory issue. Also make sure that the game is stored in the internal memory: Do not move it to SD card or internal phone storage.
Note: I have experienced this frequently with my Sony Xperia P when I tried playing MFW and LLFTX. When I changed my phone to Sony Xperia Z, I no longer have this issue. My Internet is lousy at times and the app crashes because of that but the CGs are safe, whew!

3. I bought a story but I cannot play it. The Buy page is always displayed and at the same time, Google Play also displays the 'You already own this item' error message!
Tip: Once you buy the character that you like, do not buy any other stories or characters for now. Make sure to select the recently bought character and play/load him up. Afterwards, you can play/save the game. After that, you can resume buying another character/story.
Another tip: You can try to tap on the Buy button again and it will then load the characters story. If it does not work, you need to wait for the next update from Google Play. If the bug is not fixed on the next update, it is time to follow Voltage's recommendation.

For all the listed bugs in this section, do not worry. The Japanese version have all been changed to the NEW version, similar to IYAT and MFW's design. Hopefully, the English apps would also be changed to the NEW system in the future :excited:

NEW version

1. I can't play because the screen turns to black / The game crashes! / The page is in Japanese!
You have to do the Transfer Data process to fix the bug - here's the process on what I did. The instructions from Voltage was driving me nuts because it was specified for iTunes users! :laugh:

Step 1: Copy the Transfer IDs [App ID and Sub ID]
Main Menu > Tap the Gear Icon > Tap the Transfer Data button > Copy the App ID and Sub ID

Step 2: Uninstall and re-install the app

Step 3: Run the app but skip the Prologue
When you run the app for the first time, Voltage requires you to follow its tutorial by forcing you to play the Prologue. Once the Prologue screen shows up, tap on the Exclamation point button on the upper right screen and tap on the Quit button to go back to the Main Menu or Top Page.

Step 4: Enter the Transfer IDs
Main Menu > Tap the Gear Icon > Tap the Transfer Data button > Tap the Enter Transfer IDs button > Input the IDs > [...]

Note: [...] indicates that there are steps on confirming the transfer of data, just say yes or OK

2. Why did the Buy button appear again after I finished doing the Transfer Data process?
Tap the Buy button and it would normally load the story. If Google Play's Buy page is displayed, it would be best if you email Voltage and/or Google Play support team with this issue.

3. The Transfer Data button is missing!!!
Note: I checked all apps and the missing button problem only appeared in AKD, MFW, MSB, and OS only.
The country of your credit card's billing address and your Internet should match; otherwise the Transfer Data button will not be displayed. Example: Your credit card's billing address is in Paris but you are an exchange student in Japan. Or you are living in United States but you are using Sweden based VPN.

4. My app had been updated from OLD to NEW.
The NEW app normally consumes less than 30 MB internal storage space. The OLD app can consume as high as 900+ MB. When the app is updated from OLD to NEW, the chunky space is still there. To get rid of that unused storage, do the Transfer Data process thing found in #1. Don't forget to copy the App and Sub IDs!

5. I forgot to copy the App and Sub IDs. Do I have to re-purchase the games again?  :cry:
Definitely not! But you have to re-play all the purchased stories again.

6. Where are the CGs?!?!?
It is located inside the chapter/episode of the story.

Thanks for the thread..but the game won't even run for me. That is probably because I am using a 3 or 4 android system. >_<; Next time, I will be more specific in what I want.

Thank you for the help and a guide!
Can you anyone help me with my problem?
The only game that's really weird for me is "In your Arms Tonight"
It always crashes every time when I open up the "Choose a Character"
The loading sign would just stop and would not load anything :c
I tried reinstalling but it was just the same.

Nagisa, that's incredible, I have exactly the same problem with the same game. I think it's my Android (I'm using 4.3 at the moment). Funny thing is, I installed the game,  played the Prologue, picked a character and played  through the 1st Chapter, then logged out and ran to the bank to put some money on my credit card to pay for the game. But when I came back, it started to freeze after I click 'Select character'. Argh! I've tried to reinstall it a couple of times, still nothing.

Have you girls tried to sent an email to them? Their usually helpful, in crashing games. CTC kept crashing on me once, sent them an email and they helped me to how to play it without dieing on me. But I have an iOS tablet not android, so don't know if it could be different.

I have the same EXACT problem. Before I used to be able to purchase routes for In Your Arms Tonight, now all of a sudden when I go to choose a character, it freezes and the game closes. <.<

This looks all really helpful but do you think you can help me with my problem. I have the galaxy 6 edge. It was recently updated and so when I opened one of the apps it had a black screen and then it closed. I tried the others because I thought it was with only one but the same thing happened. I see that you put something to help with the black screen but the thing is I don't have the ID numbers. Please help if you can!
