I suspect that he might be a bad guy though. He's suspicious. He handled that pistol too well for a beginner. His knowledge of viruses is dubious as well.

Anyway back to the game at hand.. Ryo's hair also totally changes direction when he pulls out his gun. I was like, wut.
So I wouldn't be surprised if that also happens to the other guys on their routes.

OH and anyone else notice how sometimes the guys get stupid squinty faces and they just look..ridiculous? Haha.

I was actually going to mention yesterday how I thought that Lionel just looked stupid when his face does that, but I held back. THE LEER OF DEATH. But I think that Ryo's hair is meant to look like it's flying around in action, even if it looks kind of odd since it does not move~ ...Ultimate hairspray.

Ryo totally does the dumb squint in his route too! I just couldn't find a picture online. I think I also saw Ren or Shota do it as well. I can't take anyone seriously when they pull that face. I think it's supposed to be glaring or narrowing their eyes during a serious conversation, but it's drawn so squinty it just makes them look stoned instead. LOL

I agree, when I saw sprite of Lionel's glare, I just had to slightly slap myself so I wouldn't laugh too loudly, lol. THIS FACE.
I'm getting annoyed with Ren, 'cause of his personality in the beginning, but I know I'll end up liking him anyway XD When I see those characters, my reactions are like this:
1. (right in the beginning) GOD I hate you sooo much! =-=
2. (middle) Hm... getting better...
3. (in the end) I love youu~!

I want Shota's route TT^TT And I'm definetely looking forward to Ichiro's route, it could be interesting.

was cleared up he's all amped up with the relief of being alive and starts making out with me and Lionel and Ren are like 'uhhhh we're still here'

This is the first time I ended up disliking the first route I picked in a game. I ended up not liking Ryo at all, he suddenly became way too much too soon and I hated his dopey mushy happy face UGH. I didn't even try to get the best ending, I just wanted it to be over haha. Then I picked Ren. Liked him so much better! Even if he could be a total jerk.

Also I've noticed now that this game is doing this thing on each route I guess where it makes me really like a side character, then gets rid of them and I'm all Nooooo! Because I ended up liking the side character way more than the guy I was supposed to be dating.

I loved Shota on Ryo's route, and hated him on Ren's route. Ichiro/Mr. Polkadot Pants his route came out when I was still on Ryo and I was like meh not interested. Then while on Ren's route I suddenly really liked Ichiro like whoa. And now I'm kicking myself for not jumping on the Ichiro bandwagon during his campaign event! And once I do start his route, then probably Shota's campaign event will come out and I'll be like ardsfjkd because I don't like going back and forth between routes at the same time, especially in a game that doesn't let you re-read your chapters (for free.)

Shota also reminds me a little of that one guy from RE: Alistair, but I think that's because of the headphones.

Random thought: With pants like those, I bet Ichiro has some pretty fun boxers. x3

I already forgot headphone guy's name in Allistair++, or whatever the title was. Shiro...? Well, I remember he was apparently the most popular character in the game because of his alternate existence as a magical girl. *coughcough* But, yes. I thought the same with the headphones.

In Mononoke Kiss's Lost Island crossover spinoff, Shota's headphones were such a big deal. =w= But they were earbuds according to the description, rather than the more expensive headphones. The spinoffs were amusing. The way the MC misinterpreted Ryuzaburo and Shota's... position made me chuckle a lot. Too bad I can't screenshot anything in MK since I'm jumping between several Android devices just to play.

I really hated Ren in the MK spinoff. Too... know-it-all and trying to be chivalrous. Prefer him as the ass. And Ryo. I actually considered drawing fanart of Ryo dressed in leaves. 8^D *gets knocked off a cliff* I finished Ryo's spinoff in the actual LI app, and he's just so... a hot mess of a cook. He tried too much, making him too unnatural for reality. Like those stereotypes that those silly writers think are attractive to women.
