Does anyone know if you're still able to claim the avatar prizes for this new spin off even if your closet is full? Before you could, but not sure if they changed it since then because in Ninja Love+ you can't anymore >_<

To get to Solmare support: Click on "Menu" --> "Help" --> "To support you, please provide" (under the "Support" section, near the bottom). There should be emails for iOS (ad-prince-support@nttsolmare.com). If you click on one of these addresses, it should automatically compose an email with a list of info they want from you in order to help. The most important thing to give them is your game ID, which should be listed in the "Support" section, above the emails.

Would someone who has received the prizes from the early bird event for the cherry blossom spinoff please post the charm levels of the different items? I have limited closet space and can't accept all the items for the event, but it doesn't tell you the individual charm amounts until they are in your closet.

Update on Lambert issue - they sent me and email saying they fixed it, but his story has to be re-read to get the present. I received four gold keys and 14 chocolates to compensate for the four keys and chocolates I used doing his route twice already. I don't know if they gave items to everyone or just those who contacted them or just those who tried his route already.

1st prize - shoelaces boots(white socks) : 120 charms
2nd prize - blossom hair ornaments(white) : 150 charms
3rd prize - cherry blossom dress(navy) : 180 charms
4th prize - cherry blossom petals(pink) : 100 charms
5th prize - shoelaces boots(black socks) : 120 charms
6th prize - blossom hair ornament(pink) : 150 charms
7th prize - cherry blossom dress(pink) : 180 charms
