HELP

My BMP acc seems to be weird somehow. Few hours ago it was fine but now when I enter page, i was shocked not to see the word 'Go to Philip' but instead I found 'Go to Dresvan'. When I see the page, it was not mine at all. I am playing Wilfred's route and now its Joshua's route. My chara name is Michelle has turned to Aki. The character's appearance is totally not mine at all. I think it is someone's account but I don't get why or how it changed just like that.

I even double checked both my ipad and iphone and still the same problem. I used the phone web browser to login my GREE account that I use to play BMP and it's still the same problem. Its my GREE acc but however the game is not mine :( I was wondering where did my account went to? How come it happened like this?

What should I do now? All my efforts for BMP Gree is so devastating...

I heard tickles talking about this long time back. Don't remember where I saw the original post. I also remember reading if you have a screenshot with the old stats they can restore it? But I'm not sure.

Okay after 6 hours they finally returned my account back. I thought my acc gonna be lost for good. Thanks

I don't know if someone had a problem and made a resolve in this forum before..
but, I also had the same problem like you, and I also thought someone's route was switching with me. It happened all the time, not only in my BMP, but also in my other otome games.
So I sent an inquiry to gree support staff, hope they could fix it soon. And they made a respond to me.
But then it happened again, my route was switched with someone else, and the worst thing was my route has been reset to story level 6! Dx
I sent an inquiry again, but after one whole week the gree staff didnt answer me. So I decided to play it again (;__;)

But somehow, maybe they had fixed my problem, and I don't have the problem like that again now :D
Well, I don't know if my story will help you tho..hehe

Eh this morning and afternoon it was fine but now same glitch is happening again this evening. T_T

michelleariez and flawlessred: you might want to screenshot your closet/storage/status of the game every now and then. So that just in case someone messes up your game you have proof that it wasn't like that before.
