I am a scene or two away from finishing Feyril's Sweet Ending, but I was moderately disappointed.

Interesting parallel between Rina and Feyril and the MC and her brother, but everything rode on that misunderstanding.

I wanted Feyril to keep his short hair! D8 I seriously thought it'd stick, so I wondered how spinoffs would be for him. It seemed weird that they would keep using the long-haired Feyril banner in those cases.

BUT HIS HAIR GREW BACK.

NO.

When I saw this, my expression went flat. It's such a half-assed excuse that the MC's purifying light CAUSED his hair to grow back. As if his hair length is tied to his angelhood. *stares at Latis* Like what I noted in Raug's route, really — hair = power? >__> All I could think of was that Raug must have had a mullet back when he knew Rina.

The whole purification process that Feyril did earlier... I just hate this logic. Purifying a demon can turn the demon human or kill him. Purifying another being or everything can kill an angel, turn him into a demon, or turn him human, if too much power is used. At the same time, an angel can simply be kicked out, and "fallen angel" is essentially demon at that point. And, based on the route, the light may or may not burn the one who the MC cares for.

I still can't stand that in Raug's Happy Ending, the MC was a physical human when she entered Hell, yet her body transformed into an angel right then and there. But she exploded light and became human again? .__. Plot holes! The MC's physical body is supposed to DIE before the soul becomes that other being. Yet something like a soul can turn into a physical human again. The mere fact that the MC is just so pure that she lights up as a human is a problem for me.

Also about Raug, as I had not done the Sweet End, I was surprised that Raug was still a demon in the Halloween sequel-ish spinoff. I assume that's how all the routes will be with the higher ranking demon/angel/reaper routes. One route keeps them as the same type, one turns them human, and no idea about the last.

Angels are more powerful than reapers. Reapers are waaay more powerful than demons. I can guess that reapers are so powerful because they eat souls, and somehow angelic noble purity is major power in angels. When Heaven almost failed, they needed the power of demons. Reapers are willing to revolt against demons in one route. Reapers are willing to revolt against angels in another route. They make a big deal about Raug snipping his hair to lend his immense power, but his hair is short and it requires Feyril to chop off his hair to do something of consequence. Reapers? Hmmmm~~~ How do the MC's holy powers convert when she officially becomes a reaper?

Gaah. The more I think about it, the more my head does not want to take it in stride. All in all, I need a spinoff about Rina and Raug! Every single one of these routes is just so vague. Sure, they are forcing people to read EVERY route to understand why the flip this is all happening, but it always felt like the writers made everything just tooooo loose-y goose-y until the end.

I agree they should have a prequel Rina route. It's frustrating that everytime somebody mentions Rina and stuff that happened, the MC is like "Who's Rina?" and NOBODY EVER TELLS HER. *flips table*

And hahahah hair, it's so stupid and nonsensical that they keep doing that hair=power stuff. I could understand if all the Angels, Demons, and Reapers all had very long hair, but they don't. Unless way back when everybody ended up having to cut their hair except Feyril. I mean the almighty MC has short hair, what if she grew it? Would she be unstoppable? LOL

I was also bothered in Raug's route that all the way up to the end he was pretty much a dick to the MC and always cold. It never seemed like suddenly fell in love or anything. When the MC becomes a demon to stay with him he's just like 'Meh whatever do what you want.' And he was no different in the Halloween spin off, he's just like 'I'm busy, don't expect me to come home. Have fun sleeping alone. You chose this life.' I really want to slap Raug hard and knock some feeling into him. Atleast being with him gives me Fluke <3. I wouldn't mind cuddling up with Fluke while Raug is busy. And I would love to see Raug getting jealous about it because he deserves it!

Damn and I was starting to fall for Feyril with short hair.  I don't like him with long hair.  :'(  Quick, give another silly excuse to chop it off!  >:)

I really feel like an outsider for liking Feyril with long hair... I always seem to like characters or something about them other people just don't like. I don't even know why, but I just like him with his long hair, it's probably my favorite thing and it was the first thing that made me notice him.

I like him better with long hair too! But I haven't touched his route yet so who knows if my opinion of him will change. I was surprised that Raug's hair was shorter than Diaval, I feel like it should have been longer. And Reiner too, like a shaggy dog.

I guess I have a thing for long hair, but it really depends. If it's really long, I seem to love it, medium can be really difficult for me - sometimes I love it, sometimes not... I wasn't too bothered with Reiner's hair, but Raug's is too short in my opinion. I'm so picky and at the same time, I just have a pretty unique and strange taste. I think that one of the main reasons I had no interest in Raug (along with not liking his attitude) was that I didn't find him attractive enough because I just didn't really appreciate his hair...

"You know that part of his job is to give pleasure to humans" WHOAwhoawhoa so they're actually admitting what's been vaguely aluded to. This will be interesting! MC getting pissed and storming off? Damn straight.

I completed Latis' Happy Ending the other day, and this result just seems more right, even if it's baloney logic as always.

How easy was it for you create an identity when you don't exist in human records, Latis? Some guy of mysterious origins becoming the MC's manager?

What happens to the MC's ultra purity, now? Does that mean that they can sleep together all they want? Of course everyone else is waiting for her soul to become corrupt. And becoming human does not mean that Latis would necessarily be exempted from falling once they die for human-real. Unless that light blast purified him like it did Feyril. 3__3

While Latis' human clothes are so pretty, they cannot possibly match the environment. Even Feyril had very normal looking human attire!
