A question about BMP and GREE in general

Hi I sent a email to GREE and I was wondering about how long does it take for them to reply? It has been more than a week already.

Also, I have a friend who has been suspended, is there a chance for her to come back? Has anyone heard of someone being suspended and coming back? She also wrote an email to GREE apologizing and asking to come back.

I've heard of one successful case. They were very persistent; emailing and calling Voltage and GREE
