Hi.. I really need some help..

So, I was playing the ninja love and wanted to buy gree coins for the spin off storys, however when I tried to purchase it prompt me to download the GREE app, I did download the app and purchased some coins. It stated now, that the coins I purchased was successful. However, when i head back to ninja love to try and purchase the story it says I do not have gree coins!

I seriously do not know what to do.. I tried contacting GREE but to no avail. Can anybody help me please?

check if they actually charged it on your credit card, if they did try contacting itunes or google apps wherever you purchased it first. if that doesn't work try contacting the credit card company?
