Voltage released their traditional version of Be My Princess today in English for Android.  I suspected Voltage would release this but what I didn't expect was that it would look like this...



...I don't want to be biased but... what's wrong with the original artwork?! This completely ruins Be My Princess for me. I won't be playing this. I just don't think I can put up with the new look. I think I rather just play the original Japanese version and put up with having to translate everything myself than this.

Curiosity took over me and i bought wilfred's route...
I don't know if i regret it or not, because the story was good, but i don't want to encourage Voltage with my money to keep with this kind of artwork...
I hope they read all the things people are writting on their facebook page and realise that it wasn't a good idea...

I hope they come up with the iphone/ipad version with the original anime like princes. I too hate they way they look :( I want my dreamy anime prince, not a 3d PS3/Xbox game version of one.

I played through Roberto's. That one wasn't bad, the artwork was tolerable. But...what killed me is a screencap I saw for Glenn's route. ...what they did to little Alan...  :suprised:     and then    

They look NOTHING alike for one thing and two...dear God!    Alan in GREE is a tiny prince charming! I want to hug him and pamper/spoil him! But non-GREE Alan... I'm already not a big fan of kids. But seeing that would make me run for the hills! Took 3 tries for Roberto's SHE too.  

And of course, Keith actually scares me. Seeing the faces he made with his stalker eyes and friggen rape face equals tons of DO NOT WANT!  Hmm...my solution for every character in A Prince's Proposal is simple. --->

hahahahahha AGREED. tickles and I agreed to not post anymore on that line of Voltage games, it's just too scary and we don't want to endorse games we don't want being made.
