A girl often dreams about myriads of silver-white Lycoris in full bloom.
One day, on the way home with her older brother-like relative, Tomoyuki, the girl encountered an accident in the underground train station. Amidst the chaos, she witnessed a commotion between a vampire with eyes in the color of the blood red ruby, and a fox spirit.?Without any warning, the two started to lay claims on the girl. Tomoyuki struggled to protect the girl, but his powers as a human is futile against the mythical beings.
When the crimson full moon rises, the girl shall learn about her past, her fate, and the meaning behind the symbol on her chest.

KOKORO CAFE NOTES: This game is split into 3 apps, each app is a different character.  Your character choices are: Yuie, Cain and Tomoyuki.  According to Koyonplete there will be an iOS version available later.

I didn't spend a ton of time on it but I think you can. It's just really expensive... like... $9 expensive.

Yup, but their albums have never been free so that's not surprising.

The game works on a jewel currency system. You spin the wheel every day to see how many jewels you won and can use to progress in the story.  You can buy jewels if you run out or you can buy the whole story... but I'm not sure if the $9 (well $8 now) is for all three characters or just one.  Since it is 3 different apps I just assumed it was per character.  CGs can be unlocked in game you just can't access them outside of story mode unless you pay. At least that's what I'm assuming since that's how Koyonplete games have worked so far.

Hmm that's an interesting way of doing that. Though I never actually had any games from Kyonplete...Though this is the first time I've heard of them. O.o

The other KOYONPLETE games are like Pure Love, Love Academy, and Love Academy (Yaoi). All are translated and with walkthroughs.

Anyway, I am still highly disappointed. I mean, I subscribed to them long ago to get news for when this game comes out, but it only releases as Android for now. I obviously did not get the message since I checked off iOS. But it's still funny how this group is trying rather desperately to be noticed by following all the people who post otome game-related news on Tumblr. Really odd when they started following me, even though I doubt they care about my posts at all~~

I think Koyonplete's still a pretty new company so they are probably trying to get their name out there more.  Even though they started translating stuff pretty much the same time as Voltage and Solmare but both Voltage and Solmare have had finished Japanese games in their back pockets and they already have an idea of the way they want their games in terms of interface.  Koyonplete looks like they are still trying to figure out what they want to do considering the 3 games (considering Love Academy games as one) they released the interface keeps changing.
