Hallo!! My name is Kyuuri ( ^-^)/ People used to call me "kyuu" only tho hahaha. I am from a country in South East Asia~

I found kokorocafe when I was trying to find a walkthrough for OKKO's "Sweet Scandal" (ehehe), this forum topped the Google search for "Sweet Scandal OKKO Walkthrough" keyword  

I love otome games so much it hurts, it makes me broke to the point of ahhh idc anymore if I eat instant noodle everyday for lunch as long as I get my pixel gentlemen and actually otome games motivate me to learn Japanese! My dream is to play Japanese otome games without ATLAS (hahahaha what a simple dream I'm having ;; )

My favorite game would be Voltage's "Love Letter From Thief X", because I love the interactions between MC and the boys (it's way too funny I always end up laughing so hard lololol) I used to play Voltage's GREE games but I stopped because I kind of fed up with the mission already (sobs) Now, aside from non-GREE Voltage games and several Japanese PC games (which I always bought with the reason "Moooom this is for my Japanese studying material!!" trololol) I only play OKKO's (Sweet Scandal, Office Lover) and Arithmetic's  games (Contract Marriage), and occassionally Koyonplete's games (Man With A Pearl Earring, Suzaku >> of course only by spinning for jewels everyday because I've devoted my bank account to Voltage already hahaha sobbing)

Aside from otome games, I also love Japanese Nico Nico singers aka utaites! Any of you ladies love utaites too? Let's spazz over them

You know I initially stopped playing some of the Gree games because of that exact reason of the Missions and blah de blah. Though I do still play them. Think BMP one i'm still on everyday and the others are every other day. Haha

Hiya, kyuu~ The search key hits for this forum seem to be rather prevalent. Whenever I just type this site's name, for some reason it follows with Contract Marriage, which I cannot understand, having not updated it for all those months. Good thing I finally did the updates to the main posts. I want to play Sweet Scandal, but I am running out of space for games on my phone... And the OKKO/Arithmetic games are not available on non-phones. Though I have to consider this a good thing, since I have taken on such a load of YOU-MUST-PLAY-EVERY-DAY games.

I still play the GREE games almost every day. The only days I don't is when I oversleep, due to my habit of only starting to play chapters right before the daily login happens. BMP is my personal preference over the other games because I am simply not that interested in bodyguards and celebrities who are not princes. When I first started downloading all these games for my phone, I was completely torn as to whether or not I should start MSB and more so CD because I knew I would get addicted, even if I am not fond of the theme. Then I obviously caved.

I don't really consider MWAPE an otome game, aside from the common format and system used in all recent Koyonplete apps and the random appearance of images. The good thing about it is that the prose is more elaborate than other actual free phone otoge. Just more... straight to the point. It reminds me of the way some light novels are written with an abundance short phrases, disregarding the frequent ellipses so frequently used in visual novels. Though the shortness of sentences could just be the adverse effect of translations.

OMG. I should have always used this excuse, since my embarrassment was endless when asking for Japanese things. Regrettably, I am not witty enough to think of such reasoning, especially as I am not really bent on learning Japanese. Still, it would be a good idea to learn, after losing my main hikikomori source of instant Japanese translations a couple of years ago.

haha It's safe to say that most of all have gone broke for otome XD I love LLFTX too but my favorite is In Your Arms Tonight hehe I don't play GREE games as the whole missions and buying stuff for your avatar was a turn off for me. I tried it for a bit only and uninstalled the games after.

Ah are you playing on tablet? For me, I adore OKKO/Arithmetic's systems since they don't require players to pass missions buy outfits etc etc to continue the story.. And playing these you-get-tickets-daily games has become somewhat like morning ritual for me, and I have to say that it's a good way to start the day Koyon's games... Actually I prefer PureLove's system tho, as far as I remember PureLove doesn't use jewel and still use daily tickets? (CMIIW) But then, AMWPE and Suzaku don't have missions also, so I think.. it's ok, hahaha. I agree with you that AMWPE is more like... a visual novel more than otome game :) Actually not really a visual category too tho, since no CG given....

Ahahaha, tbh my family never knew what things I've bought :)) It's just, when a packet comes, it's always my mother who receives it.. And of course she asks "Hey you what useless things you're buying again??" and my countermeasure is always this very exact sentence:
"Moooom this is for my Japanese studying material!!"

Hahaha I feel you! I used to play GREE games during last year, the last event I played was.. uhh, BMP's 2012 Halloween event? And after that I just like "Ahhhh enough I'm fed up already *uninstall*"
Actually I've started playing again 2 months ago, but then, I stopped again because of the same exact reason orz;; I guess I'm just the impatient type

I've taken a liking to Riki since Voltage announced the release.. I thought "Woah who is this handsome man wearing black jacket and black gloves //drools" But then when I actually played the prologue, I found out that Takkun is a cute tsundere..

Ah I see! Who's your favorite from IYAT? My favorite is Ebihara and Koichi (despite of all the hate and controversy he's getting, hahaha)
IYAT is a good game, and imo it feels much mooooore deeper (ok this sentence is grammatically wrong but oh well;;) than the other Voltage games (except Kiss of Revenge). I like fluffy dokidoki light games like MFW and LLFTX, but IYAT... Idk, something's drawing me in and I end up adoring the plot >< Ah I adore almost all Voltage's games anyway, dang they've done such great jobs (;____; )

Ahhh my favorite is definitely Kippei That man is just... unbelievable *sighs* lol I love Koichi too! His route gave me so much pain and feels... I agree with you there about IYAT and KoR, they are my top two for sure :) After those, I'd go with MFW (Yamato & Ren!), LLfTX (Takkun & Kenshi) :D

Did you play IYAT's new sub story, A Day with Him? Fluffy feels all over the place haha

Actually when I played the prologue I thought he was just someone who couldn't get a wife so he got so grumpy lol but then turns out that he's just so adorable and dependable and manly and...  

Yeah Koichi's route is full of feels... The main story, to be exact;; Because after his cheating matter has resolved, his route is like full of fluffs and hot moments >___<

No I haven't played the sub-stories because I was broke as hell last month orz;; But it's February now, it's time to fill the monthly dose of 2D bachelors again    *and to empty the wallet again*

Have you played Our Two Bedroom Story? Voltage is releasing new stories at the speed of lightning orz;;; Broke but happy-
I'm looking forward for Chiaki's and Zaizen's route ///// Also so excited for the upcoming game, the Bidder Bidder one! XD
