The MC is too much of a prude to even own lingerie. Even in the main story Common Route that I am replaying the MC was like 's-s-sexy?!?!?!?' and 'b-b-boyfriend????' I cannot take her seriously as someone who could do anything that is not instigated by the man first.

@ Lyssa~ I sleep too much~~ I could have finished the BMPP Common Route on my other account by now, but it is so looooong and boring... I keep telling myself that I'll play and screenshot, but I still like sleep. I even conked out two hours before the event ended and thankfully woke up in shock after half an hour. I think. So I missed out on the event entry Gem bonus for Edward's birthday. Strangely, even before I gained access to freely Date during Common, I found that I had gained the three Gems from the Zain campaign simply because I had started the app before the end.

The Gacha Medal balloon says "Zen." They could at least use the official English version of his name. But the MC said that she's dating the CROWN PRINCE in the prologue, so where does that leave Zain?

Oh yeah... Zain's just a butler right? MC's such a daydreamer.

Who knows - Zain could be a lost prince in his own route. He is dubbed 'the mysterious Zain' for a reason 

@Aiwei: I've played the common route a dozen times in different versions... Sooo wish they had the skip button like Shall We Date >.<

Can event entry gem be missed? :o

Zain *coughcoughcough* and *cough* but, like potao said, GREE/PARTY changes continuities, so it is hard to know what Voltage may decide.

You get the entry reward Gem for clicking into the event and reading the prologue. The MS Common Route will not display the Event My Page button, and the Top Page will not have a banner to the most current event. It makes it impossible to gain Gems that way. Annoyingly, they will have the event intro movie flash before your eyes while on Common, which must be wholly confusing for newbs.

The sprite designs are definitely half-assed jokes when you stare at their beefy hands that sometimes do not have lines completing their thumbs or separating their fingers. It was always obvious how they made the sprites for the free apps display lesser quality when you could see all the errant pixels floating around in the GREE version, but at least PARTY cleaned up that... which makes the other errors that used to be hidden by a non-moveable dialogue box more noticeable.

They'll likely just pick the GREE continuity and slap it on BMPP as usual, otherwise the reason for releasing Yakov on Paid would have been for naught (because I doubt it's because they were solely listening to the BMP fanbase for Yakov since he's been out in JPN since August, while they've been releasing stories that were out in JPN in late December for other apps).

That's probably why it's so hard to find full-body shots of their non-prince uniforms e_e the feet are probably rushed to death because the Paid + Social apps have no use for anything below the thighs most of the time.

They should never zoom into these CGs this much. I already knew that BMP CG lineart was a little crappy and very rushed with coloring, but it looks worse this close up.

Well, the most superficial one - he probably has (had? the addition of Yakov had him kinda beat imo) the prettiest sprite of the romantic interests.
He's got the tall, dark and handsome shtick going for him with ~dazzling~ emerald eyes. Joshua doesn't count, he's all eggplant hues.

Another thing is that he's all mysterious.
Just who is this handsome man that always hangs out with the UN grandpa guy? What is beneath that perfect butler persona? dem girls wanna find out.

The fact that the fandom as a whole likes Zain is kinda funny to me. Like a person who has Wils for a bias probably has vastly different tastes than someone who has Keith for a bias, but everybody still likes Zain. He is the cool seventh power ranger that can turn into a dinosaur thing.

Interesting! I don't know enough about him yet to form an opinion but others had already convinced me about Ivan and Yakov though Zain seems to be on a whole other level.
I definitely have a butler interest ever since watching Black Butler two years ago but surprisingly never found myself lusting towards any of the BMP butlers and never understood why. And as you point out not everyone likes the butler from each kingdom and interests are just as varied as the favorite princes are, but EVERYONE likes Zain. Perhaps Zain is the butler I've been looking for. Sounds like I need to get to know him!

haha, for a bit I thought Joshua's hair + eyes were black - just a kind of weird stylized black? I can't explain it.

...But then Zain appeared and then I realized Joshua was just in the weird hair color princes clique with Edward. Dunno why they had to make him all purple, they have 3/6 of the original princes as brunet. I guess it adds to his... charms.

*sobs forever* This is a Joshige event? What is it about? The artist is definitely maybe completely different from the one who did Alan. These faces are too squishily adorable! That mini Yakov is cuter than mini Zain, imo.

I am not a rabid Zain or Yakov fan. Just overall excitement when it comes to hot guys. But I would probably buy a Yakov doll based on that frowning Yakov there if I saw one at an Artist's Alley in some anime convention.
