I think the whole not working thing is the reason she can't get to the support email. She doesn't want to play the entire prologue, just to wait for the support button to be accessible. I email support so much in all games. This email address makes sense.

I always feared something like this would happen to me. Been so paranoid that I keep BMPP and MFWP on two separate phones    to always have a backup

Do let us know how your case goes. I kinda really wanna know how Voltage handles loss of the data cases...

After three mails with my ID and last usable password, I finally got my data back. I am not sure though that would have happened if I had played the game even for a bit. Lucky for me, my phone crashed right after the data transfer. I am sure the different mobile data card helped too.
