Playing Alvah White Day Spin-off and i noticed that it is the same with the paid version for last year White Day Spin-off.

Yep that is true. Solmare doesn't change their stories for the different versions. So if you have the paid version and read these spin offs, they are going to be the same .

i wanted to play the amnesia spin-off and wanted to ask here if the one for lambert, chezem or melchiorre is better? because you need so many gold keys and i don't have many of them. how many gold keys are needed in this spin-off?

^ I assume you need a total of three Gold Keys for Amnesia because that is what is shown in Ivan's route. Only one person gave me full Checkpoint info, so maybe you can drop some words on that after you finish either Lambert or Melchiorre. However, I have not finished either of those specific spinoffs myself to tell which is better. Well, part of the way through with Chezem, I think. *has no memories*
